I had an amazing experience! Brandon helped me pick out the perfect floor to match my existing hardwood. It was affordable, good quality and came in earlier than expected. 10/10

Update 2 We ended up paying the original quoted amount, numerous change orders for work they messed up, and a handyman to fix some of their mistakes. Now, we’ve received the attached "Notice of Intent" to file a lien from a subcontractor that Lumber Liquidators did not pay—even though we paid for everything. We now have to hire an attorney on top of all the other expenses. Update 1 Attached are some pictures of the floor damage, their poor attempts to fix it, and other work they performed. Please note that we paid for the damage, the inadequate repair, and the proper fix to correct the subfloor as well. Friendly, helpful and affordable. They helped my wife and I select a floor that we love and could afford. I had issues with some planks being off in size and they gave me a refund for the quantity I described without any hesitation. I love the way my floor is turning out!

Brandon was very helpful with my stair project. Communication was great and they were on time for appointments. I recommend him.
