The Home Depot

This Home Depot was caught lacking, if there ever was one. The store lacked any real help throughout tools and paint while we were looking for stuff. Would have been a complete bust if it weren't for the dude in lumber coming by, making sure we got addressed. At least the needed tools were well stocked and affordable, otherwise we'd be up a creek real quick.

Extremely disappointed in Home Depot’s 'Home Services' referral program. I requested a quote for a furnace repair, and their partner company, ARS Rescue Rooter, quoted me over $2,200 for a $300 part and 1 hour of labor. Home Depot claims to provide 'vetted' professionals, but this is predatory pricing at its worst. By partnering with companies that exploit homeowners, Home Depot has permanently lost my business for all future home improvement needs. I will be taking my business to The Big Toolbox from now on. Neighbors: Get a second quote from a local independent shop before trusting a Home Depot referral.

I had one of the best customer service experiences, with a return of all things, at The Park Meadows Home Depot in Lone Tree, CO. I was helped by Dell-Allen Beauge - he was so helpful, made the experience stress free, and was so pleasant. I was so impressed with this experience, I am planning to shop at this location now, even though it’s further away. I told him as much, but wanted to share more broadly hoping he can get some recognition for his exceptional customer service :)

I have been so impressed with my experience at this Home Depot. I needed some interior doors replaced. We had multiple manufacturing issues but the HD team here worked diligently to ensure I had exactly what I paid for, and that I was totally satisfied with the end result. I am so used to having to chase but it was a great experience working with the team here. They clearly take accountability and have great pride in delivering a high-quality customer experience.
