Lumber Liquidators

This is the second time I have purchased flooring from them. I needed some stair nose they didn't have enough in stores locally. They had two more sent on truck from Wilmington by 9 a.m. the next morning. To fulfill my order. Great service, good people, had a few laughs with them as well.

My mother in law has bamboo flooring in her home that we were asked to replace. She bought it from the Lumber Liquidators in Murriel's Inlet. She bought flooring from them twice. My husband passed out from the fumes being ommited as he tried ripping it up, the rest of us were dizzy. We all had to leave the home and stay at a hotel. The house smells no different the following day. After a quick Google search, LL was selling flooring in the past containing formaldihyde. 60 Minutes had a show about it. A lawsuit was settled in 2017. Tried calling today to obtain info so we could try to figure out how to proceed. They have no record of anyone before Sept 2024. I explained the situation and asked what it would cost to have it removed and was told they would only remove it if I'm replacing it w

Great experience with floor decor- The staff member Sarah Turner is outstanding. Very knowledgeable and helpful. All members at that store are awesome. I applaud them all-prices are reasonable and they have so much to choose from. I recommend going to check them out!!!

This refers to LL located in Murrells Inlet, S Carolina.Shout out to Gavin who went way above expectations to help me & my husband search for discontinued flooring for our daughter & son-in-law who live in Danbury, Ct. The store there told them it was no longer available. Not only did he find some stock in the distribution center ( but not enough for their project), he searched other stores and found a sufficient supply to complete the order. He then verified the availability at the store and confirmed it could be shipped to Connecticut. He called our daughter and worked with her to get the orders completed and shipped.
