5 Stars isn’t hardly enough. These guys are great! I primarily worked with Justin though the whole team is great. I was faced with an emergent/unexpected remodel and these guys helped me every step of the way. Justin was very knowledgeable and helped me select some great samples to choose from. He was able to have Kerry, their installer, over for measurements the day after I stopped in with a quote in hand the next day. He helped guide me through a process I had never gone through before making it as easy as it could be. Install was quick and efficient. It was truly a pleasure to work with this entire group. I have used LL for all my flooring needs (3 times now). Personal home, business, and daughter’s condo. Justin is great to work with and LL has quality flooring, yet very affordable. They also stood by their return policy, should you have any flooring leftover.
