Lumber Liquidators

Don’t buy things here because you would not get the thing matched or similar later if anything needs to be repaired or more. I bought Brazilian oak engineered wood last year and this year I need stair nose to expand project. I was glad they still have the same product in the store so I ordered new stair nose. But today when my contractor comes and I open the box, I find the color of the stair nose is totally different than what I got last year. Not even the color, but the pattern of the wood. I come back to store and check what’s happened, but they said they can’t do anything but just return. Now my project has no where to go and I feel so frustrated. The most weird thing is the wood pattern is totally different of them even if they state they are the same type of wood, and I will try to f
