I needed additional laminate to complete a small job. The person working on Thursday morning was extremely knowledgeable....incredibly professional...and managed his priority with a number of customers in the store...tremendously well. He directly me to another LL, which I'll be going too, because his location was out and his amazing personality. Hope he stays with LL for a long time and gets his next increase when the time comes for his review.

I found & put in an order for flooring over the tax free weekend in August 2025 at the Shrewsbury, MA store. Flooring was supposed to arrive 2-3 weeks later. On the day the order was suppose to arrive, I received a call informing me that the flooring was recalled & would no longer be available. Disappointed, my wife & I went back to the store & found another flooring that we liked. The order was placed & due to the fact we purchased the original flooring over the tax free weekend, it caused a problem with the order from a payment standpoint. Our sale associate, Scott, made multiple calls & sent multiple emails to get the situation figured out & resolved. With the help of the store manager, Aaron, the flooring was ordered. We have a great working relationship with LL Flooring and our reconstruction manager, Bill, states that they consistently take care of our customer's needs as well as our needs as a company. Aaron Collins is a great point of contact - takes great care of us, will go the extra mile to make sure the orders are complete and communicates well.

I placed an order because the store advertised the item as “in stock.” Ten days later, the item is still in transit—and not even to me, but to the store! When I tried to cancel, they claimed it was shipped and insisted on a 25% restocking fee. How does that make sense when the product hasn’t even reached the store yet? This feels like a deceptive business practice and poor customer service. I will never shop here again and strongly advise others to verify availability before ordering.

Great service. I placed my order online, I went to pick it up, I and out in less than 10 minutes. I bought 28 boxes, they helped me load them on the truck. Their exact words were we got this, you still have to unload it yourself. Aaron and Scott are beyond amazing and deserve 10 stars. Thank you guys for making my day so easy. Will highly recommend
