Good customer service experience they worked with me and also gave me the discounts they could and very pleased with the quality of the materials they provided me with.

IDK for all the hype on TV I expected more.. I wanted a LVP -luxury vinyl plank- the waterproof kind.. I didn't see any difference in price than any other place I went to. I didn't like the selection they had.. If you were getting hardwood floor they had tons of different kinds but I'm basing my review on the lvp... Because that's what I was shopping for. Sales person was nice enough, tried to help, but they just didn't have what I wanted. I was trying to repair some termite damage on a hardwood floor, but as you can see in the picture even if I had repaired the termite damage the staining on the floor was so bad I would have had to sand down the floor and didn't have the budget for that. We recently got our new floors here, they have a great staff. The manager, Roland, was very helpful, and the prices were reasonable. They did a lot of follow up throughout the installation process to make sure everything was going well. I would recommend LL Flooring!

This place was awesome!! They were super helpful and gave us samples to take home to make sure we get the exact look we want. They weren't pushy at all and asked if we wanted their suggestions rather than forcing them on us!! Highly recommended!!
