Lumber Liquidators

I recently purchased over 500 square feet of vinyl flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The salesperson who helped me in the store was good and easy to work with, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, less than 72 hours later, I found a better price on higher quality material elsewhere. When I went back to return the flooring, I was charged a 25 percent restocking fee. Even after paying that fee, I still ended up saving $500 by buying from the other supplier. LL used to be my go to store for my rental properties, but after this experience, that has changed. The pricing and restocking policy just did not work for me, so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered 11 boxes of floors and upon delivery, 3 of the boxes came damaged. When I spoke to the case manager, Lauren (not at this location), they were not able to replace 1/3 boxes because I did not have proof of image of the third damaged box, which was fine since the contractor was able to cut around the damaged pieces. It took a week for the replacement to get delivered because they were doing a lot of back and forth internally where I had to call the Tucson location directly, and Thompson was very helpful. I had to order an additional 6 boxes along with the 2 they were replacing where delivery cost was more than the initial 11 boxes and no one could give me an answer as to why. We had a great experience from the beginning to the end. Thomas, the store manager. Was very helpful in finding us the right flooring for our home at the right price. To Obsel, the estimator who explained all the details and what to expect. To Steve and David, the installers. Very polite, kept everything picked up,and very thoughtful of our things. I paid $2800 for flooring i asked if they can store it for a couple months. When I went to pick it up they told me I wasn't on new system I took my receipt and they still didn't give me my product. I have talked to the new owners from llfloring and they have told me they couldn't do nothing about the situation. I will never purchase anything from llfloring again and I'm spreading the word

I highly recommend Lumber Liquidators as we have used their services several times in 2024/2025 for purchase and installation of flooring. All staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and could not help us enough along the entire planning, ordering and finishing our beautiful new floors.
