My wife and I stopped in to get ideas for our house. David was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and answered all of questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with David!

Very professional people , was not clear on who was actually going to do installation of floor, main company representatives from Maryland, I became concerned, if real craftsman were going to do work . All older homes need floor prepared before install of new flooring. Hopefully that has been worked out. Paid full amount, total installation, before any work began. Appears going to 2 to 3 weeks till installation will begin.

Drove almost 2 hrs one way to deal with these guys and glad I did. All these guys are awesome and treat me like they've known me for years. I'm only halfway done with my project and will definitely be making the trip back up there to get what I need to finish. David was awesome. We drove to Wheeling from Ohio for some flooring we had seen online. When we got there, we found some we loved even more, but they didn't have it in stock. He looked on the computer and found the amount we needed at another store, and we were able to get it the same day. He went above and beyond to help us! Fantastic customer service!
