Awesome place had what i needed actually answered the phone and most import they were friendly and respectful

They helped me figure out how to hook up my old gas lines to my new gas stove. Lowes didn't have the parts nor did they understand what I needed. They were very patient and found me the right parts.

Ordered a tub and surround from them for a rental. When we got it to the site, we saw that Mutual ordered the wrong side drain, and it was cracked. When I called them, whoever I spoke with probably threw their shoulder out with how quickly they threw the contractor under the bus by blaming him for “probably” cracking it. Then I was told it would be over a week to get another one because the only other one they had was in Huntington WV and they did not have enough drivers to get it there sooner or even meet the contractor half way. My tenant had no bathroom so I ended up paying my contractor to travel all day to Huntington to pick up the surround they set aside for him. Big surprise, it was cracked too.
