Lumber Liquidators

I am short of two boxes of 3/8 thick hardwood floor and am so glad I found what I need at lumber liquidator online. The staffs were super nice and helpful. The shipment was quick. This is my first time shopping building materials online and have a very good experience!

Flooring was ordered 3 months ago. Still not here. Every week we are told it will be on the next truck. Last week the truck even got lost in the system. Attempting to work with customer service, but channels are not set to send the issues beyond the store manager level. Not permitted to speak with management about the store manager or customer service beyond the level of a call center. Terrible experience. The product is great, but the overall supply chaining process is broken and management structure is a failure. This company needs an overhaul in its supply chain management and customer service department.

Absolutely horrid experience. Due to their “rebranding” of the company they will not honor prices or match prices of their former franchise as they work frantically to do damage control. Do not disclose any of that information on their website and make no effort to explain any of it until checkout. Series of corporate platitudes and when directed to provide a customer service phone number to file complaints I was told “it’s on the website”. When last I checked there was both no number or pricing provided for their “product” which is exactly the same as their former name ll flooring.
