Working with Luna Air has been such a blessing and wonderful experience!! The owner and his crew are very knowledgeable and respectable. John is one of the best people I’ve met hands down. We went from being clients to brothers in just a short amount of time! He trusted me with his vision to create the perfect logo for the company and turn it into a reality as well as handling all of the companies merchandise!! I highly recommend this company and wish I could give it more stars!🙏🏽

I’m surprised I didn’t write this sooner. Luna Air is the most knowledgeable heating & air team I’ve worked with. When our AC went out this summer, they spent over an hour or so dialing it in. When they were done, there was no pressure, no upsell, and it ran flawlessly afterward. When the weather changed and our heater stopped, they came out quickly again, fixed it, and walked me through what they did with clear photos. Honest, straightforward, and genuinely kind people who are excellent at what they do. I trust them and will call them first every time.

The service guy was honest and skilled. He diagnosed the problem with my hvac unit that others would have missed. He saved me money when others could have taken advantage and charged hundreds more. I would definitely call this company again.

After contacting Luna Air A technician showed up very quickly and inspected my system after inspection. The technician explained to me my options An informed me What he recommended in his professional opinion. I eventually settled on replacing the whole unit as I have had many ongoing issues due to the age and lack of care for my previous owner. Luna Air made this experience easier than going and buying a bag of groceries. They kept me informed the whole way through the process as well as taking the time to, explain the system and grate detail. The level of craftsmanship and pride and work is second to none. No corners were cut. The finished product looks amazing inside and out.

Working with Luna Air in El Dorado Hills was hands-down one of the best service experiences I've ever had.
