DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CLOTHES WITH THIS LADY! Been coming here for about a year since it's close to my house. The lady that runs the place is totally incompetent and extremely nonchalant about damaging clothes, not having your clothes ready in time, clothes still being dirty etc. Here's a perfect example: I brought my favorite dress shirt to her with a tiny grease stain. Asked if she could remove it while dry cleaning. She puts a chalk circle around the stain and says yes. I come back and the stain is still there, and so is the chalk circle (now a dried-in stain). I complain about it and ask her to fix it. She gives me a nasty look and makes an even bigger chalk circle around the already existing one. I come back in a few days and the stain is still there and my shirt now has 2 large (very o

I have gone there for years, unfortunately the service has declined over the years and the owner has been uncaring and indifferent about causing damages to my clothing. The prices have gone up and quality has gone down. But the worst part is her horrible customer service. It really is a shame.

She has good prices and personal attention

They don't use starch, they can't do simple things like remove grease from a shirt. Weird cleaners....

Its a mom and pop shop very nice people treat people very good
