Very disappointed with the quality of service. I made numerous attempts to get consistent and quality service out this company. Several times I was unable to verify the work they claimed to have performed. Seeding is a good example, I was charged but no signs of seeding. Other times, I caught them performing work in the wrong weather conditions. In the fall with leaves covering the ground, I caught them applying yard treatment on top of the leaves. They were adamant they wouldn't do this, but they do. On numerous occasions I requested in person consultation on the yard and they never responded. You need to be present when they perform services because tyou can not trust them to do the requested work on their own. The entire time I never saw the same person. Beware, they will also aggres

☆ ☆☆☆☆ - zero stars, unfortunately I need to give at least one. I’m extremely disappointed with Lush Lawn’s service. Since I hired their services, I consistently received messages informing me that my property would be serviced, but no one ever showed up. After my complaints, they finally came. Attached is an email response acknowledging this problem. Last fall, they billed me for aeration and overseeding, but when I went to check, I couldn’t find any seeds in my lawn. I had to raise a complaint and have the manager come (my texts to the rep are attached). The manager confirmed that my lawn didn’t have any seeds and returned after two weeks to put the seeds in, closing the complaint. This might be the worst lawn care service on the planet. You can go to direct competitors and get a better deal every single time. They will ruin your lawn and cause distress and sickness to family pets. If you want your lawn to look green and healthy, avoid Lush Lawn.

Just had James come by and treat my lawn for the winter. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable of various things. Provided me a lot of good tips to take care of a grub issue. Great customer service will always have me come back for future services.

Good price, my lawn is looking better. when I moved in my house In December of 2023 the lawn had been very neglected it is looking better already. They came back out quickly when I called and said some weeds are not dying. They responded fast to my request. Good communication.
