Man what a fantastic job Lustre Clean did in my house. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very high level of attention to detail. Heavily soiled carpet and tile/grout were no match for his expertise. He took his time to make sure the job was done right and explain the process to me. Even answered all of my questions about product usage to prevent future stains. Can’t recommend Lustre Clean enough! Don’t waste your time with the big, corporate cleaning companies. You won’t find the same level of personal service and attention to detail like Lustre Clean provides.

Lustre clean is the only one that I will trust to clean my carpet from now on. Jim was very professional and the carpet looked brand new after cleaning. Outstanding Service & Professionalism! Extremely thorough and careful of items, walls, etc. as cleaning. Carpets Cleaned throughout 2-story condo (well worn and pet stained from prior owners), but results are amazing! You could "shop around," but I highly doubt you will ever find the same quality of work and dedication to excellence!
