Sterling Gutters

Called around for someone to install gutter covers and to clean my gutters. Estimators came over and made measurements. Got a same day call with a price. They had a special - 50% off of some inventory. Hard to pass that up after getting quotes from other companies in the area. Crew came at their appointed time and installed the gutter covers quickly. There was some confusion as to whether they cleaned the gutters out during the install and a day later we got a big storm and sure enough, the clogged gutter I had overflowed again. I reached out to SG and let them know about the problem and the very next day a crew showed up bright and early and found the clog in a down spout and took care of the issue. THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET SERVICE DONE WITH THESE GUYS. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! Showed up around 4 in the afternoon when I was told they’d arrive in the morning. They didn’t fix my gutters nor did they clean them properly. They still wanted me to pay for services I didn’t even receive. Half of my gutter was coming off when it was perfectly secured before they got there. They are a mess. None of their workers speak English either so prepare to not understand what is going on.

Poor service, no customer service after multiple follow ups no response. Just a trash.
