Professional. Straight forward. Clean. Easy going and ensures there is an understanding of what is to be done and what is done. I could not be more pleased! Ivan Koconda takes great care in choosing the people with whom he works. Everyone is highly professional. Take his advice for the ‘click lock’ method of floor installation. It is faster, less work, far less mess, and excellent results. The details and care of the work are seen in the finished product. I was concerned about the pullout drawers under the kitchen cupboards. The kitchen furniture was standing on the old floor which was taken out. A slight shift of weight to the floor over the years could change the space for the new wood. Not a worry. There is no tugging, just an easy slide. Renovations done by others, never seem to finish.
