Luxe Renovation

Brad and his crew did an exceptional job on our renovations. He listened to what we wanted and made our renovation exactly how I wanted. They painted the entire inside of our home and it looks great. They also rewired and added lights to our home. You can't tell that the lights were put in later. We also added glass French doors between the sunroom and living room. They added to our wood floor and matched it perfectly. They put stone up for our fireplace and it's stunning.

Luxe Renovations did an amazing job with our kitchen and bathroom remodel. They exceeded our expectations with both the end product and their attentive service. I feel we got a great deal for the work that was completed and highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home!

We just finished the mother of all renovations, adding 1100 square feet to our second floor (see before and after photos below). We had given up on finding a way to add more space to our home, but Justin and his design team figured out how to get it done. Luxe designed and managed the whole process and we could not be happier with the results. From their architects to their subcontractors, everyone we dealt with was sharp, talented, and easy to work with. The entire project was done from scratch to completion in three months - which we were told was impossible. Not if you hire the right company!

This is the worst experience I have had with a contractor. Their communication is horrible and they do not instill trust with clients or honor their contracts or warranties. Our project didn’t start well when a fitting broke and flooded our downstairs. Luxe fixed the ceiling and damage but did not adjust our project timeline. Painters showed up before the drywall was complete and dust and debris were everywhere. The finish-out was horrible, as the pictures show. I found three staples sticking up out of our tile grout. Thankfully no one's foot found them before I did. Ceilings were not repainted and the seam around the top of my shower is a mess. Drywall was also not installed straight. Used Luxe for a major insurance renovation last year and think it was beyond their scope. They had poor communication with us and their trades so we felt the pressure of checking everything to avoid issues and delays. Overall things look great but some areas were rushed and they did not do good walk thrus. Ok for single room Renos but would not use for large projects especially if it involves insurance.
