LuxStone Tile Installation

Our Lakeview bathroom had original ceramic tile that was cracked and the floor was sloping toward one corner. We were worried about what we might find underneath. LuxStone came out and gave us a honest assessment. They demoed everything and discovered the subfloor was rotted from old leaks. They replaced the subfloor, added extra support, and then installed a beautiful herringbone pattern porcelain tile. The attention to detail on the layout was impressive. They centered the pattern perfectly on the room so we didn't have weird skinny cuts anywhere. The shower walls are large format with minimal grout lines and they built a recessed shelf that's actually level so products don't roll off. Our bathroom finally feels solid and looks amazing.

I was most impressed with how they handled the tile cutting around our radiator pipes. Those are always tricky but they made perfect circles with a hole saw and the grout work around them is super clean. They also waterproofed behind the toilet flange before tiling which most companies skip. Just really thorough work. The team showed up on time every day and cleaned up completely before leaving. No complaints at all.

Guy came by to quote and actually listened to what we wanted instead of pushing expensive stuff.Scheduling was easy and they showed up when they said they would. the tile guys were friendly and answered my questions without getting annoyed. Even came back a week later to check that we were happy with the grout color. Good people.
