Customer Reviews
Very poor customer service. Their floors state 15 year warranty. We bought floors less than 5 years ago and they are lifting all throughout the house. They do not speak directly to customers either per “policy”. They make the customer pay $600 to have a “third party” inspector come out to see if it’s a manufacturing issue. So 10k & less than 5 years later, my floors have to be replaced with no help from the manufacturer.
