Scott at LX Pro Home is my go-to for handyman services whenever I have projects around the house that I don’t have time to tackle myself. He previously completed extensive interior painting throughout our home, and more recently installed and painted new interior doors, handled drywall repairs in multiple areas, and waterproofed and replaced drywall along with installing a new hopper window in our basement foundation wall after a seepage issue. Scott is meticulous, professional, and takes real pride in his work. Just as importantly, he’s a genuinely good and honest person who is extremely considerate while working in your home. The work done on my flooring project was overall fair. The floor color suggestion was nice and a good change. There were some issues left over from the flooring project. Gaps in the trim and gaps in the flooring which I will need to pay to get fixed. There is also separation on the floor already. I will be looking to fix through a different connection in order to complete my flooring project.

Our project was 2 rooms painted and new flooring put in. Scott was terrific to work with. Everything was well planned and his team took his direction and did a great job. Scott has worked on several projects for me over the last year. He has been consistently polite, respectful, and communicative. He has done painting, window replacement, and woodwork/restoration. His work is thorough, clean, and polished, and he is responsive to feedback as the project progresses. I would particularly recommend his work on painting kitchen cabinets- I have gotten many compliments and his work has held up. He repaired a damaged bathroom vanity, as well as doorstop for me and his work was flawless. Very reasonable with pricing and good results. He is responsive to fitting projects in if you are in a bind and replaced a broken window for me with short notice, due to cold temperatures while being the lowest of three quotes.
