Eric was fabulous. We contacted him on Friday after getting an accepted offer on our home. He got back to us within an hour and we scheduled an inspection for the following Monday. Eric met the seller at the home and agreed to text us when he completed the inspection so we could do a walk through. Eric was so professional and very thorough in the walk through. He even went the extra mile to give us some options on what it would take to finish a bathroom in the basement and some ideas on several other projects that we really appreciate. His reports are clean and easy to read. He does a fantastic job. We would recommend him to anyone. This guy knows his stuff.

Eric did a great job when he inspected my house. He is very thorough and is very good at his job. I was impressed that he recognizes very clearly what aspects are and are not in the scope of his job. I asked him if he would ever do work on parts of the house he recommended should be fixed and he indicated that it would be a conflict of interest.
