Will never use. They were contracted by HomeDepot to install a water heater. He complained about the water heater and when I asked him about the anode rod (cause we're on well water and I want to mitigate the smell), he said "don't bother, you'll be replacing this water heater in a few years anyways." and proceeded to bad mouth the product he was contracted to install. Very unprofessional. Then my kitchen sink stopped working immediately after the install, of course after they left. I had several phone calls & texts back-and-forth over 5 days and they refused to come look at it. I dropped more than a few thousand on the heater and install & they told me to call a plumber to look at it! THEN I went to see where the anode rod was located and noticed HUGE dents & gashes on the top & side of

Got stuck with these installers by going through Home Depot and 1-800-Heaters. They arrived late, charged an additional $525 (total $2150) to install ~5ft of ventilation. Total time on the job, just over an hour, so I'm not sure if they think $525 is fair price for labor or the materials. Whatever it is, it's not competitive, and I recommend you go with someone else. They didn't even clean up their mess - see the photos. Use my experience to avoid Lynch Plumbing and find a fair and decent company to do your work! Please, see their Lynch's response to my post, so you can make up your own mind as to if you want to deal with folks who would leave a response like that to a valid complaint. Oh, they deleted it :-/
