I hired Niccalet for a seasonal clean prior to opening my cottage up for the season. Niccalet and her staff did an outstanding job of doing a deep clean of a 1700 sq ft cottage which has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in one day! The clean included total wipe down of trim, windows, oven, all cabinets, tile/glass showers, floors, light fixtures, furnishings and storage area. The cottage is more than show case ready for the season thanks to Niccalet and her team! I look forward to hiring her again and highly recommend Nitty Gritty!

I rent my primary house on Airbnb for the summer and it is a BIG task to get the large home looking like a hotel for the first guests, when we move out. Equally challenging, in-between each set of guests, all linens have to be changed and the entire house needs to be sanitized, cleaned, and put back in perfect shape - sometimes in only a few hours.
