I had a very alarming experience with this company’s drivers on a Sunday morning. One of their vehicles blatantly ignored a clearly posted stop sign and nearly collided with me on the road. This reckless behavior not only shows a complete disregard for traffic laws but also poses a serious danger to public safety. It raises concerns about the company’s hiring and training practices, as drivers who operate in such a negligent manner should not be on the road. Given the severity of the incident, I would strongly caution anyone considering their services to be vigilant. Public safety must always come first, and companies have a responsibility to ensure their employees uphold the highest standards of professionalism and care.

My car was hit by one of their employees while he was plowing. The man was belligerent, rude, and unconcerned for my well being. The owner initially agreed to take care of the cost of my car repairs. However, when my insurance company contacted them, they said they would require an estimate before committing to making sure I would have a rental vehicle. It was a terrible experience and his employee was highly unprofessional.

Today 7/8/21 11am Guy driving company dump truck pulling out of University Dr decides its absolutely okay to pull out right in front of a bicycle that is taking the full lane guy nearly hit me. Of course when you call this company it goes straight to voicemail.

Rude, like many companies around here they treat customers like they are doing you a favor, will spend my dollars elsewhere
