Really friendly people who had everything one needs to complete your project, had my order ready in just a couple hours, I will going there again to finish putting metal siding on my garage, and the prices are really good also.

Do not buy from here if you want your metal cut to the length you specify. I ordered 20 pieces of metal and 19 were cut to the incorrect length and when I called back, I expected to have it corrected, but the answer I was given was "our machine is just like that and sometimes the cut depends on the air pressure". So basically, accuracy is of 0 importance to them. If you know your machine tolerance is off, then there should be measures in place to offset that issue. This was to be used for a 48" knee wall, now either I have to spend the time to modify the metal myself or modify the upper wall that is already in place to make it work. Either way it's money and time out of my pocket due to sorry quality control on their part.

So our experience has not been great… At first seemed like things were going work out. It was our first time using metal roofing and they were helpful and very nice. I’m not excited about writing this review. We should have seen the red flag when we bought metal roofing with ridges and we’re told it should not oil can , it’s not like the flat standing seam, it’s better but then still signing a waiver that if it oil cans it’s not on them… We’ll it all oil canned , and we had two different roofers try… we have been calling and messaging and calling for weeks and no one will get back to us, even when at first all we wanted was advice.. now we just want our thousands of dollars back…. We have been trying to save money here and there building our family home in this economy , and could not af

Phenomenal customer service here. The lady on the phone was not only professional she was sincere, understanding, patient, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Sure made ordering for this diy-er easy and painless. I didn't make any mistakes ordering and it was because of her. Then the delivery guy took the time to offer some pointers when we asked him. I HIGHLY recommend them and will return business.
