I’ve known Tony Thrasher for almost thirty years and he’s always been an honest hard working person. Recently we had to have a whole new HVAC unit installed and he did an excellent job.His detail to work and attention to detail is above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone. My name is Karen Bright! I called Tony he return my call pretty quickly! They work me in I did not have to wait days or weeks for someone to get back to me! Amazing work if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I would highly recommend them anyway!

Our air went out on a Saturday so we weren’t expecting it to be fixed until Monday. We had never used Thrasher Heating and Air, but saw great reviews so thought we would give them a try, as we had never been overly pleased with any of our services in the past. I got a voicemail when I called and left a message. I quickly received a text from Tony saying he was on another job but could he give us a call when finished. Sure enough, he called saying he had just finished up with that job and would head our way. It was 6:30 on a Saturday evening. He came out and got our air working again very quickly. We were so impressed with how responsive and professional he was - and that he was able to fix our air so quickly. We think we’ve finally found our AC guy!

Tony returned my call within 1 1/2hrs, and then arrived at my house in less than an hour after that. Had it fixed and was gone within a half hour, and was friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We are so grateful for this company. They have done an amazing job troubleshooting our air conditioning system that was faulty due to poor AC installation from the original AC installation company during our office build in 2018. They were able to squeeze us into their schedule during their high volume season, much to our patients delight so they wouldn’t have to sit in a muggy healthcare office. They even had one of their technicians come out on Father’s Day to help get us up and running. Great company, great guys and great customer service!
