The team at Lyon Tree Care were very professional, responsive and fair. I had a 45ft tree that was hanging over my house removed. Once fallen, the team cut the tree into pieces small enough for my fire pit, stacked it and raked the yard. Great service and fair prices. I would recommend.

I had contacted James the owner in November of 2022 about starting a job to remove a large cottonwood tree in the front of my home. We agreed on the quote and that we would get the job started in January and would take a few weeks to finish however he only showed a few times to start work on a branch and never finished. Upon starting the job James asked for the full funding up front to start due to a personal emergency. So out of the kindness of my heart I did pay up front. After many no shows over 3+ months I had asked for a refund and we agreed to figure it out about that. We're now over a year from agreeing to the job close a year since the start of the job and he is now ghosting me. I was pregnant and had a baby during this whole time and could have used this large amount ($1500) I p

Was recommended this tree company who did a good job on removing a few trees for family. However, they showed up once and then trimmed the tree and just left. We were priced for tree removal and stump grind. They never called or got into contact with us at all. This company completely just blew us off. Finally after waiting a week we called the company and they said they would be back out on another date and then they never showed up. Would never recommend to anyone!!!

We hired James for a landscaping project the third week of June. He asked us to pay up front so he could pick up materials, which we did. The project was supposed to take at most a couple weeks according to James. In the 1.5 months since, he put in about 3 hours worth of work, and only completed a small percentage of the job he said he would do. He was very inconsistent in getting back to us and now will not respond us at all, and will not refund us for the work that he did not complete.

James Lyon was easy to deal with. The removal and clean-up were done timely as promised. The project was to remove a 60 foot pine tree that had fallen across, and damaged, a building.
