I purchased an NEW AC/HEATING SYSTEM in February 2025 and 1) My AC bill over the early and long summer months was at least 40% cheaper-YES 40%...2) Since we didnt have a harsh winter we didnt get to really the opportunity to use the Heating until mid to late JANUARY "2026...We were used to setting the temperature lower like we did on our older unit but we thought it wasnt heating properly we thought---so we called in a Warranty check and they came out THE NEXT DAY! The nice you man Dylan checked it out (nothing wrong) and we reasoned it out together in a nice friendly professional that we (the users) were simply not setting the temperature setting high enough to get the proper heating feel in the house we needed (in our older age) and THE FIRST NIGHT after we set it correctly we had a nice
