Lyons Air Conditioning and Heating

Kyle came out for our winter tune-up and was fantastic. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly so we could better understand our system. It was a pleasure to have someone like Kyle service us, and we hope to see him again in the future. He is a great asset to your team!

Jose Martinez was awesome he is a very dedicated tech. & he did not leave until he checked everything out throughly he ran test on our unit until he figured out what was causing our compressor to shut off he took pictures & got with his supervisor to get a new compressor ordered. As far as the cost questions below this was a brand new unit so it was still under warranty.

Shoutout to Conner Cordell from Lyons Heating and Air! Instead of just resetting the breaker and seeing our heat turn on he kept checking until he identified the problem. The problem with our heat pump was not obvious and he really took his time to figure out what was going on. He explained everything that needed to be fixed and even helped me transfer our HVAC warranty into our name (it was still under the previous home owners name). He also helped me with figuring out how to get our HVAC running more efficiently and identified some totally blocked vents that we got cleared and running. Very responsive and helpful. We’ll be calling Lyons for all our future HVAC needs!

The service tech was top notch. Friendly, informative, helpful, knew what he was doing and could explain things very well, and got the job done and under 2 1/2 hours. That includes having to go and get the part. All in all, he did a great job.

Conner was our tech and he went above and beyond to met our needs. There was a miscommunication either job however Conner went to get the supplies he needed and did the job rather than rescheduling for another day. He was thorough and so kind. We’re very grateful for his worth ethic and Lyons Heat and Air service.
