We used Lopez Pro Insulation to remove old blown in attic Insulation in our 1908 home that we bought and had new blown in Insulation placed. The team was prompt and professional. They were very courteous and patient with answering my questions and cleaned up afterwards. I even received some tips since Carlos was familiar with old homes such as ours. I would definitely recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with López Pro Insulation for the installation of spray foam insulation in my attic, along with the removal of the old insulation. I can't recommend them highly enough! Carlos López is extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions. I felt very safe letting him handle the job. His fair bid made him an easy choice for installer. The quality of the installation and removal was outstanding. Every section of roof was covered and Carlos even helped me inspect some spots I couldn't see after the job was finished. His crew left zero mess behind and were very professional.

I reached out to get a quote on my 20x40 (maybe 20 x 30, I can’t remember at the moment) metal shop to do the walls and ceiling. The job cost was $5,140 and this included Ceiling: 1” closed cell foam followed by 3.5” of open cell foam. Walls: 1” closed cell foam. All with black color mix. July 15th The crew came out and did their thing. They were quick, organized and got everything removed and put back after they finished. Everything looked great at first. Once it was all dried and settled, I noticed there was a lot of spots that were very glossy and other spots (giant sections) were very matt. The sections that were matt, were hard like rhino liner. Carlos Lopez and his crew did a great job with our home and guest unit! I'd called several insulation companies but none of them offered to clean out the old rockwool and other old insulation, though our home had virtually none as prior owners had left it bare. Carlos was the only one who offered it and this was perfect! It took only 1 Saturday to clean out the main home and the guest unit. Then they came with foam and filled our main attic and guest unit attic with it in 1 day, so a total of 2 days to clean our main home and guest unit and then fill the attics with insulation foam. Now our home looks like a little winter wonderland on the inside as it keeps the house evenly warm (and cool in winter) and it has helped to muffle a lot of the noise from animals scurrying on the roof, debris
