M & J Carpets

The gentleman harassed me and my family, very unprofessional and was Contracted through Servpro. Do not recommend this company. Edit: The owner Mike contacted me at 10:30 pm during the week to set an appointment. He messaged me several times when he was asked through the company to go through them only to set up appointments as he was messaging me very frequently... I did not know what was going on with home owners insurance claim. ( Mike was the contractor assigned to repair flooring. ) I did explain that to Mike. Yes he did measure my flooring. However after providing samples for my husband and I to look at I did not hear from him for over a week due to the home owners insurance process we were waiting on next steps, I did update and let him know we were not ready to choose the floorin

I've purchased carpet from this business for several houses. Mike is easy to deal with, respects my budget and the install is good and fast. I recommend M & J. BTW: there is nothing wrong with discontinued goods as long as you know you may not be able to get more of it in the future.

The induvidual driving one of the pick-ups was driving erratically and out of control through Canadaguia. They were switching in and out of lanes and not using a turn signal. If you are going to be driving a vehicle with a company name/logo, you are representing them. This was unacceptable and poor behavior. I will NOT be going with this company ever!

I would never suggest anyone to buy any Flooring goods from M&J Carpets. The owner Mike Rizzio orders Discontinued carpet. Discontinued Goods are seconds and seconds are Defective Carpet. The Quality of this company's installation is the Worst I have ever seen in my life. BEWARE! Do not buy anything from this Company you will be ripped off.
