Patrick was our installer and he did an outstanding job — professional, efficient, and very detail-oriented. The floors look fantastic and the work area was kept clean throughout the process. I walk in for my father to work on getting a large sum of vinyl planking. Upon a little talking on this day, I am shown the few samples and am told that they have to talk to the higher ups to see what deal can be made. We don't get a call until we initiate the call 2 days later And it wasn't even the owner or co owner just the receptionist behind the phone. Not willing to do any deals even though we have always paid our bills on time and have brought them plenty of customers This is my first time being very furious. About being told one thing and getting told another thing..And then basically getting told to shove it by a receptionist, rather than the boss that was supposed to call. They definitely lost my business.

We used M&M flooring for a previous project. We were happy with their prices, service & craftsmanship so we decided to use them again. Everyone was very helpful during the planning phase. They (Amanda & Mike) helped us find flooring that fit our needs and budget. Mike Jr. was very helpful and responsive during the planning phase. He always was quick to answer any questions. Vernon & Jeremy did the demo and install. They were overall a great team. They were trustworthy and addressed any concerns we has promptly and professionally. You can tell that Vernon has much experience in flooring and trim. His experience shows. Our project was not a simple. We had multiple sets of stairs, they wrapped the steps in the wood flooring and trim, there were multiple thresholds, and lots of trim

Mike did a great job and his team worked really hard. They are one of the few that will work around a 9 foot pool table and re-level It.
