M & M Carpet & Tile

Purchased tile from this company because the builder used them originally and they had the same tile that we wanted to do the bedrooms with after closing on our new build. I have never had a tile company take 8 days to order tile. I was told it would take 3-5 days which I was good with as I timed my move based on this so the tile could be installed PRIOR to moving in. The tile did not come on time, I had to call several times to get updates. No one reached out to me. Our sales guy knew I needed the tile by a certain date. Every time I called he was either out sick or it was his day off. And no one else was able to assist me with my order. Many excuses (I dont work in residential, there are no notes in the system, you have to speak only with your sales person, I only work in the off

M&M Tile recently did my kitchen backsplash and they did an incredible job! Every person I dealt with was professional, kind and courteous. Shelley made sure all my concerns were taken care of. Each step of the process went smooth and efficient. Wagner & Carlos did a phenomenal installation and the entire process was exceptional. I have a beautiful backsplash to conclude my kitchen remodel thanks to M&M!

Overall poor experience with two installations by this company. M&M installed defective tile in our new build in 2022. The defects were easily visible and should have been noticed and never installed in the first place. To keep a long story short, we decided the best fix was to have M&M install vinyl plank to avoid any cosmetic issues that we expected to occur with replacing over 100 individual defective tiles throughout our home. Unfortunately, the vinyl was installed poorly over our existing tile and you can feel and hear it flexing underfoot when walking. It feels and sounds very cheap even though we chose a high-end product. I also worry about the longevity of the floor with all the flexing, as the connections between the planks can become weak over time and break. They will not fix it

This showroom manager Glen is very welcoming. I came in looking for tile for my back porch. Also, I have never in my life lived in a home with tile, and have little knowledge about tile. Glen answered all my questions in a profession manner and was very respectful. He helped me pick beautiful tile make in Italy. My installer said that the tile I choose was extremely high quality and I got it at a really good price. He even said that he was going to send his future customers to M&M because of the high quality tile and reasonable prices. I later went back and purchased tile for my bathroom which I love. Thank you Glen for the wonderful experience at M&M! I will definitely be back!

We are in the process of completely rebuilding our home. New floors throughout. The sales staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs and style. They provided competitive pricing and their delivery time was better than most. I highly recommend M&M for your flooring needs.
