I had a terrible experience with Yojan from M&M for a concrete patio installation. From the start, they pushed to do the job on a day with gloomy weather, assuring me that rain wouldn’t be an issue. When they arrived, they didn’t bother to clean the area before pouring the concrete, which led to gaps forming underneath. The team was as extremely careless in their demeanor, smoked around my property, leaving cigarette butts on the ground, and ignored basic courtesy and cleanliness. After they poured the concrete, it began to rain, ruining the job entirely. Despite the clear issues, they took full payment and promised to come back and fix the mess. However, I was left with a poorly finished uneven patio covered in holes and visible marks, along with concrete splatters damaging my brand-new

I am writing to express my concerns regarding our interactions with this company. I believe they lack understanding of their business practices, which has resulted in them attempting to place liens on individuals without first billing them. This has caused frustration and confusion for those involved. Furthermore, my experience with their customer service has been unprofessional. The representatives I've spoken with have not provided adequate assistance. I have noticed a general avoidance of dealing with this company among my colleagues and others. I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it may be addressed and improved in the future.

They go above and beyond their job description. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Professional team amd honest. They treat you like a valued customer not just a number $. I’ve been in the business for 30 years and M&M is by far the best in the business , very well known among long time construction business owners.

AVOID THEN !! they tried stealing from us threatening put a lien on us ! To get paid from a service someone else hired then! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUYS !!
