They did an awesome job, Chad and his crew were great to work with. Hard working, courteous and respectful, friendly. A well run efficient team who worked well together with Chad’s leadership, they seemed to respect each other and worked so well and positively with each other. Mark does good business and is easy to work with, respectful and knowledgeable.

The crew is always on time, quick, personable, kind, and I have never had any concerns or issues with the finished move. We had a great experience moving across the state utilizing M&M. We had many extremely heavy and complicated items to move. Mark and his team of 6, were professional and did an awesome job. . We had nothing broken and no wall damage to our new construction home. Chad did an amazing job leading his team. They all were pleasant to work with, professional and added humor to lighten things up. This made a stressful situation seem less daunting. They also were able to make a second drop off of items to my daughter. Bravo to M&M!!

We have used Mark and M&M several times now. We used them when we 1st moved to Lansing area. You always worry as a homeowner what extra costs you will incur when hiring movers. Especially when there is a time limit. This was not the case. They were so fast and so safe. We then purchased a piano and those are impossible to find someone reasonable to move it. Yet again they did it fairly and in good time. Come to this last time. We are moving out of Lansing area and had them load up the truck and take it to our destination. Again fully transparent of cost and time and they were right there again. I have been in Japan for work and someone was to help us move a few last minute things. They were unable. Mark and crew stepped up again to help us out. 100% never want to ever move ever again.
