I recently had M & M Stone demo and install new countertops and backsplashes in my kitchen, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the initial interactions with the salesman were positive and accommodating, the installation process was a significant disappointment. M & M Stone subcontracted the work to a third-party team, which seemed to be focused on speed rather than quality. Demolition and Installation Issues: Mess and Cleanup: The subcontractors cut the quartz outside in my front yard, leaving over 20 pieces of debris scattered around, including large faucet cutouts. They also left trash on my sidewalk and in the street. Additionally, they used my vacuum to clean up drywall debris without informing me, leaving me to clean out the filter. Damage: Four of my
