Great job diagnosing and repairing the basement water leak. I contacted two other companies, but both misidentified the issue. This company finally got it right and fixed the problem.

Bumped my job at my business did not communicate at all. Ended up needing to get an entirely different plumber to handle the job! Not sure what is up with the customer service and business ethic in Vermont but it is crazy! Shout out to Jim Manly plumbing and heating Always coming through always on time. I have used Pat McLaughlin's plumbing services several times. He has always send Dillon out promptly to fix whatever I came up with and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional service that is prompt and takes care of whatever the problem is immediately. I have moved out of state and I know that if I need this kind of service it will be hard finding someone the equal of Pat and Company.
