Dan was very responsive and helpful from the very beginning. He even came out very early one morning when we had an emergency. He's worked on a few things in our home, with the most recent being a more extensive job. His prices are reasonable. We will be reaching out to him should we need anything else done. I called M&R Plumbing, I had a issue with my water pipes from a frozen water line that had burst at the elbow. I talked with Dan, told him my problem, he told me when he could come out to my house, and he kept his word, and even called ahead to let me know, he was on his way. He was dependable, knowledgeable, diligent, patient, and his quality of work was top notch. He fixed the 1st break quickly and efficiently and once the water came back on with the pressure, another leak in the pipes, he went thru this process 8 times, as the leaks kept coming, due to the older water lines. One leak was in the ceiling and Dan had to trace the leak by removing the ceiling tiles, he was patient and followed thru till he found the leak, all along being respectful to the integrity of the ceiling. Our water pump blew (melted, actually) and these folks came out the same day to check it out. It happened on the weekend, so we had to wait for Monday to pickup the actual water pump. But these folks came back super early on Monday morning to fix everything -- even replacing sketchy-looking existing plumbing. It was nice to get water back, for sure. As an added bonus, the work they did also fixed issues with water pressure that we had for years. They did a great job and I'd definitely call them again for future work.

These guys are amazing. They came out on a Friday, stayed till 10 p.m in a storm to make sure my family and I had water. They came back out and finished the job. My yard never looked so nice. They asked for nothing, and did such a wonderful job. I am so thankful and appreciative that we were lucky enough to get them to help us. Thank you fellas your professionalism and amazing work made me and my family very happy.

Dan came out to unclog the toilet drain and will be pumping out the tanks for my irrigation drain septic field also. He was very professional and personable. I felt the price was very fair and the estimate for pumping out the septic field tanks is reasonable as well. I will recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.
