My in-laws were worried because an underground pipe burst right before Christmas day. Initially they weren't able to arrive until the following Monday, but they rearranged their schedules and were able to fit them in on Christmas Eve. They were efficient, arrived promptly at 8 am, and did the job well. Thanks to this company for allowing our families to still have water and a merry Christmas. I highly recommend this company!

100% satisfied with a fix M&S completed for us over the Thanksgiving holiday. Cost, Customer Service, Timeliness was all top tier and will definitely be using them again.

Tried to get them to my mom's as her plumbing is backing up & it's Saturday. When I called the tech to arrange payment they declined because I wouldn't pay them up front. I have NEVER had any plumbing company EVER require to pay up front. Seems very shady. So, be careful.

Our AC unit has been declining over the past two years, and it was finally time to replace. I've been a customer with M&S for a number of years now, so it was natural to contact them when I was needing a new unit. Reps Eric and Emily came out, evaluated the need and provided me with several options at different price points. I made a selection and scheduled. I was quoted a price in advance. Workers showed up promptly on both days needed for the install. They were efficient, and all my questions were answered before they wrapped up. No surprise in the billing (exactly as quoted), and I've now got a functional air handler that should last. Thanks to M&S for consistently excellent service!

M&S is head & shoulders above everyone else and am so glad they are my go-to. I came home from work to a metal- scraping, grinding noise from the a/c unit. I quickly made a call for service, expecting having to wait one or two days and a tech (Kaden) was able to come out. Mind you, this was about 3: 30p. The office staff was very kind and responsive to my need. Caden explained that the noise came from the motor and that it may need to be replaced. Emily arrived the next day, and the noise had stopped, sometime during the day. After inspecting the unit, she determined that the motor did not need to be replaced just yet, and to keep an eye on it. Her honesty was very much appreciated, saving us several hundred dollars.
