Went here looking for an adapter for my shower. The employees were extremely helpful and solved my problem in 10 seconds at a great price. Highly recommend.

The guys at the front were strangely rude. It was perplexing. One gentleman was very sarcastic. Made fun of us. The guys who helped us unload the water heater were a little better. The quality of service is the primary basis for this low review. Remarkably unpleasant. Hopefully they will see this and make some changes. The sarcasm was especially not appreciated, but the other gentlemen were not very friendly either.

Hired them to come install a new hot water heater. After getting a quote and speaking to him, he arrived, planned everything with my husband, he left to go get parts from Lowe’s. Never returned. No call, wouldn’t answer our calls. Was he casing out our home? What business does this? Stay away from this company, especially if you’re needing a leaking hot water heater replaced.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Saved me a bundle. This is the only place to get your plumbing supplies.

They were the third store I went to in search of a certain item. Wish I had stopped there first. Very helpful and had just what I needed!
