It was a huge mistake on my part hiring this company. They are inexperienced and lack professionalism. A simple freezer issue and they had to return 3 times and still couldnt fix it. When i asked for my money back to hire another company. They said yes and never returned my phone calls. This company has a very bad reputation. I advice all business owners tp stay away

M & Y stands by their work. About a year ago, the company installed a new air handler in our attic that ended up listing (i.e., the air handler was not level) such that a friend of mine who is a contractor noticed this recently when I called him to repair a roof leak in the area where the air handler was located (which turned out to be the air handler leaking). M & Y sent out two technicians within two business days of being advised of the issue who arrived 45 minutes EARLY and worked on leveling/rehanging the unit as well as insulating some of the pipes going in and out of it to prevent condensation/leaking. I have been waiting 10 months for M&Y Mechanical to return my deposit for services never completed. They ignore my phone calls. I have reported them to The Better Business Bureau. I advice everyone not to use this dishonest company

I have worked with M Y Mechanical several times and we continue to contact him for his great service. They works efficiently and communicates any issues so we can resolve a problem in the best way. They arek very professional and clean up after they’re done with their job. Would recommend!

A friend recommended this company , and I am so glad I called them. My AC broke down and I just can't be in the heat. They came within a day and fixed it at a reasonable price. They were quick and efficient. Very nice guys too. I would recommend them as well.
