Used to be good. I have used M&Z many times, but it's not like it used to be. I put in an order, needed to add adhesive to the order. Quick to let me know that there could be an added cost for shipment. No one calls back. Five days later call again to follow up. No one can tell me when the product might come in...staff refuses to call the Mechanicsburg facility to check on possible delivery dates. Call Mechanicsburg- goes to voice mail. To be continued.... Just NOT what it used to be.

We have purchased from M&Z several times in the past. We have ALWAYS been very happy with the entire experience. We did stop a a nearby competitor this time because they were new, just to test the water. WOW! We really realized just how good M&Z Costumer service and product knowledge is in comparison. From now on we won’t even bother looking elsewhere. The entire process was a breeze. The installer did an amazing job and did not mark up our walls or baseboards at all. We LOVE our new carpet! We are loyal customers for life and will refer everyone to M&Z. Thanks 😊

Our experience was disappointing to say the least. We ordered carpet for a stair runner. The installer was supposed to arrive at noon, and by 2PM, still had not shown up or called to provide an update. When I called to inquire about the installation time, the man I spoke to was very disrespectful when I said that I was no longer available for the installation that day. When the installer finally made it to the house, the installation went smoothly and looked very nice. We were left with extra carpet, so I took it back to the store to have a rug bound. I requested a 5'6" x 8' rug. The salesman refused to communicate with me, and only interacted with my husband, even though I was the one placing the order and paying for it. I needed carpet for our steps when completing our basement renovation. I was on a very tight schedule to have it purchased and installed and the staff immediately went to work to call and see what install date was available. It was purchased, scheduled and installed in a week. Very pleased with the carpet and service. Other carpet stores laughed and said there was no way to help. Thank you M&Z!
