If I could give no star I would … We had a Goodman HVAC unit installed about two years ago, which should still be under the five-year warranty. We recently learned that the heater kit—required for the unit to produce heat—was never installed at the time of installation. The homeowner previously relied on space heaters and didn’t realize the issue sooner because she was often away caring for her seriously ill mother. This winter, during extremely cold weather, a trusted HVAC company confirmed the heater kit was missing. I had been dealing with my home warranty company and trying to get my HVAC replaced for about a month, when M & A was assigned to the job. I was having the most depressing and frustrating experience with a claim and multiple hvac companies. M & A swooped in like superman and really saved the day. They scheduled a diagnosis quickly. When Allen, the tech came out to look at it, he was very informative and explained everything in terms I could understand. Later when the home warranty company tried to deny the claim based off incorrect information, M & A really went to bat for me. They put in the extra effort to explain and work with the home warranty company over many, many phone calls and emails, about why this unit and my claim should be covered. My furnace broke down, I paid almost 400 dollars for the "repair" Monday, I woke up Tuesday morning to a very cold house, I called the office only to be told that they are fully booked and we'll get back to you. I am an elderly widow and here it is 2 days later still no one has called me back or even tried to co.e back out. I wouldn't refer this company to my worst enemy! I feel taken advantage of and totally ripped off by this company! If you want to throw away your money then go with this place but if you want good service then run far from this place!

Very nice team. Always nice and informative when I would call. Waited on part and they arrived on schedule. They even showed me how to light pilot on my gas fireplace to stay warm while waiting on hvac part to arrive.

This company seemed very professional and prompt. Due to what the issue was with the Hvac system the warranty company was not responsible for that particular service so I was responsible to pay out of pocket before they could finish the job. This company was willing to work with me. Most companies would not do that. I appreciate all that they did. I would refer this company to anyone in need of HVAC service. M. Campbell
