We own our own HVAC business and we were given the opportunity to get our parts and equipment from this vendor. All of the employees are extremely professional and can answer almost every question I have. If they can't answer it right that second, they are giving me a shout back within no time with the answer! I am blessed to call them my friends. Keep up the good work! You all deserve a raise! :) You are by far my favorite!

Told me I needed this 125oz accumulator for my house a.c. unit. Sold me one 96oz and would not let me return it!

Higher prices than most Ruud dealers their main answer is if you sell more we can bring price down. Believe me we sell but if the price is so high then people just won’t buy. Then if you don’t sell a certain amount and you install a piece of their equipment and it’s a mechanical failure on their part they charge us for doing business with them. So basically their warranty’s are a lie and they want me to pay them for their bad equipment. Not right not fair!!
