MAC Custom Pools & Aluminum

Mac Pools just finished our pool today. They did a absolutely fantastic job! Price was in our ballpark, and it was a pleasure working with this company. Kevin, Keith , Bernie and Kyle work as a team!!! They return phone calls and texts promptly, and just plain get the job done. I feel so fortunate to have located their company to build our dream pool !!👌

Absolutely ridiculous they refuse to call you back!now I’ve learned after over 2 years the permit is still open but yet they were paid in full and to top it off they are blowing me off so I can’t get it closed. I’ve been told multiple times they will be out and never show up. Can’t even get a call or text saying not coming from them. Never felt with so much disrespect from a company that charges this much in my life. Hopefully reviewing will at least get me a phone call back and the job done so the permit will be closed.

These folks came highly recommended from a friend of mine in the construction field and she was right. Rob came out and gave an estimate that was very fair. Shortly thereafter, his team completed my soffit, fascia and gutter work ahead of schedule and on budget. No surprises, and the work was excellent. Thank you very much!

We chose this company because we loved their pool/spa design more than any other company who gave us bids. It was the most creative layout visually and functionally. It came out absolutely stunning!!! Everyone was also a pleasure to work with during the entire build and they left us 100% satisfied with the finished product! We highly recommend this company!!!

I have to clarify that the end result was what I had hoped for but getting there and getting response from this company is impossible. I find it very unprofessional that with high end jobs as these that getting answers or resolutions to questions and concerns is mostly ignored. Additionally the crew was messy, had little respect for owner’s property and belongings, Brooke things and responsible for skyrocketed water bill by leaving water on for full days without any resolution when addressed. The job was efficient and completed on time but communication is a nightmare and resolution to problems are non existent. To this day my emails remain ignored!!! I would not recommend this company.
