Kent was at my house the same day I called looking for a sump pump replacement. Very professional and well priced. He was able to fix a few other issues that needed addressing.

Had boiler installed. Never removed old boiler but promised he would "come back" for it. Still in my basement after a year. Hired again for water heater. Called numerous times because water heater leaking. Got a hold of him once and let him know. Never came out. Water bill tripled. Called office numerous times. Phone just rings and rings. Will be letting BBB know. Paid good money for these services.

Kent does excellent work. He has been my go to for close to 30 years. Starting wirh his father.

We had a plumbing emergency on a holiday weekend--Kent was here and had it fixed within an hour! He also fixed a toilet and bath tub spout while he was here. Highly recommend!
