MacFawn Fire & Flood Restoration

Scott, Erica, & Jayen drove quite a ways to come out to my niece's house today to assess a potential project that needs a lot of help. They were prompt, polite, efficient, knowledgeable, comfortable to be around, helpful, and went above and beyond to help make sure that needs were met correctly and in an affordable manner. I highly recommend these guys!

Ive had some major water damage occur in my bedroom, and needed some quick help. I called and spoke with Wesley, who was super nice and helpful in figure out what needs to happen. He was quick to get a team to my house. The screw Erica, Scott, and Jayden came yesterday (March 5th) ans were sooo helpful. They're very knowledgeable about what to do, and also super down to earth and didnt leave me feeling confused about what was going to happen going forward. All around great company and look forward to continuing the work together.

I called ServPro about the massive flood in our house and they ever showed up. Like, ever. Didn't call either. After a few hours, I called MacFawn and they were there within 90 minutes. MacFawn is a one-stop shop for recovering from a flood. If you need them to be, they'll sort of be the general contractors for getting your house repaired. They move very quickly, so if, like us, you have your own subcontractors you wanna use, and don't need MacFawn doing everything, you gotta intervene quick and let them know that. We used them for water removal, which meant pumping out the basement and dehumidifying the house for days. Erika and Kyleigh were so knowledgeable, fast, communicative and thoughtful with how they treated our home.

We had a flood in our basement 5pm on 12/19. Called MacFawn and spoke to Westly. He was so nice and efficient in handling our emergency call. Within 5 min of receiving the contract and emailing it back he called and informed me that he has already been in contact with the response team and they were headed in our direction. I received a call from the response team giving me an eta. Erica and Ky came and immediately got to work. They were amazing! Not only were they so quick to start to tackle the water in our basement but were fantastic of walking us through the steps of what was going to happen, what would happen and what to expect. They took great care in our furniture and belongings in the area of the flood. They placed dehumidifiers and fans in the area to begin the drying process. Er

We had a washing machine leak. Water everywhere over two stories. They took great care to dry everything out and removed whatever got wet… insulation, Sheetrock, some surface plywood, … to get to the moisture underneath. Five days of noise from blowers and dehumidifiers. And they checked for moisture everywhere. When completely dry, they took machines away, and now we can rebuild. Very grateful! Special thanks to the field team Nick, Scott, Ky, and also to Elizabeth who was such a kind office person, sweet on the phone, and sending email updates each day.
