Machado Construction

This company is a subcontractor for the city of Baltimore. I called them last week after a sub that they hired left mud patties all over our street that were one and a half inch to 2 inches thick and wet. They did not come back to clean it up for the past week, and blamed it on their sub. So I called today to inquire about whether they were going to asphalt this area and if not, to ask again for the crew to come and clean it up. I came in peace and the supervisor that I talked to was extremely rude. I even showed him my car and he told me that cars getting mud splattered in Baltimore City just from driving around which is completely untrue. I explained that my car has been splattered with mud twice because of the amount of debris that was left behind. He actually argued and basically calle

Total disrespect for the neighborhood of Charles Village, Baltimore. This outfit blocks driveways without notice, leaves cones and trash everywhere, and damages property. My poor neighbor will now have to repaint his garage doors because no care was taken in repaving our alley. Work like you live here!

Nelson the delivery driver was super helpful. First time using this company and customer service was excellent. Ordered another truck mid work and the younger driver was also helpful didn’t get a name. Thank you for everything. Reasonable price!

Recently started buying stone from them. I’ve probably bought a dozen loads so far. A lot cheaper than Texas quarry. Also really nice and fast service. I deal with Phil personally and he’s extremely helpful and nice. Definitely going to continue buying from them.
