Machado Environmental and Air Duct Cleaning

I have worked with Machado Environmental since 2007 for air duct cleaning for my business. Everyone has always been incredibly professional from the estimate process to the cleaning itself and the billing has been straight forward and prompt. A local business that is a pleasure to work with.

Machado Env. is the best company in all of S. Cal for anything related to duct cleaning, AC repair and placement and Heating system repair. We have been using them for years. My husband, Chuck, is a contractor and has used them more times then I can count for clients. They also do mold investigation and are great at it. We have used them for clients and for myself. I have personally used them for duct cleaning and AC repair at my home. They are always on time, their pricing is fair and they are super nice. Every year I get a cool little desk calendar and I love it. It reminds me never to call someone else.

David and Nelson arrived early, David had called asking for permission to start 15 minutes before 8am which suited me fine so they started at 745am. Both guys where very respectful of my home, they wore booties so as not to make a mess inside the house. David gave great advise and offered some excellent cost savings on the day. I had never used this company before, I never normally write reviews either but I felt these two techs deserved a shout out for being so professional. Kyle the rep who arranged the job via phone was also excellent to deal with, very responsive. I HIGHLY recommended this company for Air Duct Cleaning. I live in west hollywood area , they travel which was great.

I want to give a shout out to this company. I needed my intake duct cleaned. They were recommended by my air conditioning company. They were very professional when I called to make my appointment. The guys showed up right on time and called me to tell me they were at my house. They took extra care to remove the vent cover which had been painted over and was pretty stuck to the wall. They did the work and put the cover back and you can't even tell that was it was removed. The guys were professional and did a great job. I would use them again and would recommend them. I didn't click on value because I don't have anything to compare it to but I think the price was reasonable.
